Herbal Teas for Calming, Relaxing and Anti Stress



To find the calm and detoxify the body can get help from herbal tea as medicines.





Calming Herbal Tea
Prepare a mixture of equal parts of valerian roots (25g), orange blossom (25 grams), linden flowers (25 g) and chamomile (25 grams).
Pour a teaspoon of mixture in a cup of boiling water.
Cover and let rest for 5 minutes. Filter.
Drink twice a day.


Anti Stress Herbal Tea
Prepared a mixture of chamomile herb (20 g), lime (20 g), rosebuds nutmeg (10 grams) and lemon balm (20 grams).
Put in a cup of cold water a teaspoon of mixture and bring to a boil, immediately turn off and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes, then filter and drink.


Relaxing Herbal Tea
Buy herbs in a mixture of nettle (25 grams), bermudagrass (10 g) mauve flowers and leaves (25g), lemon verbena (10g) and fennel (30 grams).
Put in a cup of cold water a teaspoon of mixture, bring to a boil and boil for 1-2 minutes, rest for 15 minutes, then filter and drink.
