Treat Irritated Skin With Berries
Here are some tips for irritated or inflamed skin from fruits of the forest, berries. All packs can be safely done by you, in your own home! Use one of the following teas or poultices for washing:
Raspberry Tonic
Boil 30 g of fresh or dried raspberry leaves in a quart of water for 10 minutes and use it as a tonic to be applied for about 20 minutes if your skin is oily and 15 minutes if it is dry.
Repeat the treatment 2-3 times a day.
Raspberries and Wild Strawberries Tonic
Boil 50 grams of dried leaves of wild strawberries and wild raspberries in a liter of water for five minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and cool. Apply gently on the irritated or inflamed skin.
Raspberry Pack
Crush 200 g of raspberries and squeeze and squeeze in cheesecloth to make a profit juice to apply on your skin with body wraps.
